Nipple Redux

The Sinful Sunday prompt this week is “Black and White.”

I was going to take some new pictures but haven’t felt very creative as of late so thought I would bring back a picture that I’ve already posted previously.

I first posted this picture back in October for Sinful Sunday Week 132 and was so very honored when Molly chose it as one of her top pics for the weekly round-up. I liked that the nipple was the focus and the background almost faded away once I changed it from its original color palette to black and white.

Here is the original unedited version with its far too busy background.
This is a case where I believe the edit made it a much more interesting picture.

  1. Love the black & white. It really brings my eyes to what’s most important in the photo. 😉

  2. While I am very partial to the colour of your nipple, I have to agree – the black and white edit makes the photo look much, much more interesting!

  3. The black and white is great. Like Sassy Cat and Dee, I prefer it to the colour version as your nipple is the star of the shot rather than the background. Jane xxx

I agree with Sassycat – the black and white version draws the eye very strongly to your nipple. I prefer that one.

  5. Oh yes – lovely – there’s something so alluring and mysterious with the black and white x x

  6. I agree with all the rest, the black and white image highlights the most important part of the photo! Gorgeous shot.

  7. Yep, I completely agree, the black and white is a much stronger image, the focus is purely on the pretty little bud of your nipple. I loved this image when you first posted it and still love it now.

  8. What a perfect nipple!
I too love the black and white version – the background falls away to leave your nipple entirely in charge of this pic.

  9. Oooo,.. I agree, I like the B&W version better 🙂

  11. The B&W draws you eye to focus on your nipple.

  12. looks good!!!

  13. Oh yes the black and white works so much better with this image which is stunning!!!

  14. Lovely! And I love the colour, but I think I prefer the B/W because of the way it draws the focus.

  15. i like them both
would be fun to see the picture with just a flush of color, when you have the option to go black and white but then fade back the intensity to leave a hint of color through out

    • More or less what I was going to suggest; you could take the colour picture, duplicate it as a layer and tone down the colours dramatically; then add a layer mask to bring the “bottom layer” through around the nipple.

I’ve had to tone down aspects of my pictures before, for that reason! 😉

      • yeah that is effort.. picmonkey is easier hahah

        • I’ve not used PicMonkey and while that appears to be OK, I know there are some online apps that by using it, you hand over copyright to them. Molly talked about it at Eroticon in one of her talks.

          • i use the app but i dont post by it
simply use it on my laptop and save to hd
not sure if that would cause issues for copyright or not

      • All of my pictures are taken with my cell phone and generally the only editing I do is cropping it. I don’t have any editing apps or software to alter them to any degree.

        • OK.

If you are interested, GIMP Is free as is (if you have a Windows box); I like them both but Paint.NET is extremely easy to use and has some cool features.

If you ever want a crash course, then drop me a line and I’ll help! 😉

  16. even hotter than before!

  17. I agree, the black and white puts more emphasis on your nipple instead of the things in the background; lovely shot!

  18. Love that the black and white focuses my attention on your lovely nipple.

  19. I am so glad you edited this – the new version is stunning.

  20. I completely agree – the black and white really makes the your nipple the “star” of the show. 🙂

  21. The black and white is definitely a lot more focused on your lovely nipple xx
